Sleep Number

Haven't received my new sleep number bed YET, but I can't wait! Ugh...April.
However, my experience in the coconut creek store with salesperson, Matt, was GREAT.
He is so professional, yet friendly, knowledgeable and humorous! With his knowledge and demonstration, the mattress sold it self! I will die in this mattress, as there will be no need to purchase another one in five years, like with a traditional beautyrest, sealy, serta, etc.
The closer had to be the 0% interest rate for forty-eight months! Yay!

Micheal was our salesman and he was great. Very knowledgeable and made sure that he knew what we wanted and needed. No sales pressure. Overall great experience . Would definitely c recommend this store

Worst bed ever had less than two years pump went bad and they cannot resend a replacement because they’re on back order and cannot tell me when I can get one I have a mad wife I can’t sleep

Recently purchased the i10 and flex fit 3 from the coconut creek location in south Florida. The sales associate -Margie- was extremely knowledgeable when describing the differences between each product especially when I expressed the discomforts and pains I felt while I slept or when exiting my current bed setup. Margie was not forceful and did not attempt to push me into a sale. I felt at peace and trusted the information she presented to me. Her humbleness and complete care for myself as a customer was the driving point for my purchase. I felt as if nothing could go wrong and I look forward to receiving my setup in a few short weeks; possibly the quickest turnaround for delivery in a long time. Thank you very much Margie and I look forward to referring business to your organization and I also look forward to another purchase in the near future.

Margie was excellent She had complete knowledge of everything she was extremely helpful, very courteous and very professionally proficient and extremely patient I’m giving her an A++. And also Maria was very helpful and kind and she also was extremely knowledgeable about stuff too. Gave clear and concise info on the beds. I’d give her an A++.
