My experience was AMAZING!! Upon entering the store, we were warmly greeted by Andre and another gentleman. Andre was very patient, personable, knowledgeable, and just over all a great person/ salesman. He helped me choose a mattress that I love within my price range. The best part of my experience was the team work that was displayed. I was helped by all three of the workers at some point during and after my visit. I would highly recommend everyone to shop at Mattress Firm in Coconut Creek!

I really wanted to buy a mattress for my aunt as a house warming gift. Joy helped me pick my mattress and got me an adjustable base included. She is the best and I really appreciate all the great customer service I had that day. I wanted to wait to leave a review until my aunt finally slept on the mattress. She LOVED it. She said it was super comfortable and loved the adjustable base. I got the Sleepy’s Curve in queen. It was great. Thank you, Joy!

Went into store just to get pricing on new king size mattress. Was greeted immediately. Andre explained the different type of mattresses, asked appropriate questions to figures out our needs. He educated us on mattresses without being pushing. Great experience. I would highly recommend working with Andre and the young lady working with him . I’ve purchased many mattresses over the years, but this purchase was by far the best experience. Andre was very knowledgeable and honest. He made sure to get me exactly what I wanted and stayed within my budget. Mattress firm needs more people like Andre.

I had great experience going there. Andre the sales rep was very courteous. All the staff working there are courteous. They acknowledge me as I walk into the store. Andre gives me choice. After purchasing, They also carry the mattress out. Put it on my car and tie it up.
