I found the 2 gentlemen who came to the home, professional and courteous. While this was not a big job it was important to have it done well and in a timely fashion. The office staff I spoke with was able to get a quote, and have the repair set up in 48 hours. I am a very happy customer!

after 7 repeated phone calls conversations all recorded of course . my pole i set also i set 2 ground rods . to code of course. i bought the meter top cap for the wires and all set to get the power on even supplying all the gray electrical pipe to cobe of course now the price starts to change it was originally $1200 dollar quot 200 amp service box i bought the permit all ready to install now quotes 1000 dollars. then the 7th call $1,004 dollars. i scratch my head i spent out of my pocket $919.07 what's wrong with this figure hum WELL I AM A RETIRED NIAGARA ELECTRIC LINEMAN . I AM GETTING IT DONE FOR $300.00 see folks were there is one rat there fifty other you do not know about . makes sense also they had the wrong address on the permit and rescheduled 3 times but still came a day early was told we could not get to job site because of a gate humm i have no gate. . but after i fire theme for all the above thy sent me a bill for $200.00 saying the appointment date was 01/16/19 at 8am really thy do not open until 9 am PLEASE ALL BEWARE CHECK YOUR NEEDS OUT I WAS DARN NEAR SCAMMED ..... WILL KEEP ALL POSTED OF THE OUT COME MY ADVICE FIND SOMEONE WITH A RESPECTFUL WORD OF MOUTH REPORT GO LOOK AT THEIR WORK BEWARE THANK YOU HOPE THIS HELPS YOUR DECISION IT SURE DID MINE ...

Dealt with John their electrician on our pool install and had him do some extra work. He discovered a couple of issues that weren't know and corrected them and did everything and more that I asked for. Will be using them again the future for sure. Very professional and timely

The ECI Electric Inc performed a service panel change out in my home along with some other electrical accessories were changed out. They did an excellent job. Thanks to the owner, office manager and the electricians they all did an otstanding job.
