I was so jaded after using another big name, big billboard air company. I was convinced that they were all incompetent and just trying to patchwork things knowing that you would have to call them back in a few months and they just keeping profiting. But, Vital A/C has changed my perspective. They were able to diagnose the issue and had a solution in 24 hours and came in at a very reasonable price. You could tell right away they knew what they were doing and very good at it! I will never use any other company as long as I live in this area!!! You can’t live without a/c in south Florida especially in the summer; but after “big billboard” company came out for the 3rd time in 6 months to repair a 5 year old a/c unit that they installed I was done!!! We waited for a second opinion. There was no way I was going to allow the person they sent (which diagnosed the problem as “oh your a/c has just been switched off….(yes he actually said that) to continue work on the unit. We went without a/c for 2 extra days to get knowledgeable people to actually fix the problem. I NEVER leave reviews but the reason I was compelled to call this company was because of their impeccable reviews, so it’s only fitting to leave them a glowing one. If you are unsure of who to go with for your a/c repairs please consider going local with this company. I hope this helps anyone like me that is at their wits end and just wants a company that knows what they are doing!

I just wanted to follow up and say that we had a new AC unit put in about a year ago and Vital A/C Solutions has been great to deal with over the past 12 months. While we forget when the initial complimentary routine maintenance checks should be done, they most certainly do not and reach out to schedule service without any prompting on our part. Also, I want to give a special mention to one of their technicians J.T. We have dealt with JT a couple of times and he is extremely friendly and professional and knows ACs inside and out. He came to check on one of our unit's sensors and ended up confidently diagnosing a different problem we didn't even know we had. He had our unit back to functioning like brand new in less than 24 hours and was really speedy about ordering a new part and getting it in the unit lightening fast. I feel like I'm in good hands with Worley looking out for us and J.T. providing our service. Thank you!

Vital A/C as solutions understand that when your A/C breaks it is an emergency. My A/C broke last week Vital replaced within less than 24 hours. His team was impeccable, price was great and I want to recommend their services forever and ever. Great service!

I called and they said they could come later that day, which I thought was great.
Then they called back minutes later and said someone is on their way, to which I thought GREAT!.
They come out and spend about 20 minutes between inside and outside and say I need Freon,(kind of expected such). After about another 15-20 minutes they said we are going to put in 3 pounds of Freon and some UV dye and come back in a couple weeks.
The Total was $450 for the Freon and UV dye. I thought, that's a little pricey but its $90 if I have them do nothing, so might as well.
Needless to say, its been about a month and I still never got a follow up call. After talking to several AC companies they said that the UV dye is not the preferred way to diagnose a leak, and they should have been able to do it the same day.

Its started off good with quick service, but ended poorly with no follow up.

Vital AC has been great to us every time we need. The technician Tiago is very professional, respectful and a nice guy.

I had Vital a/c come to my apartment 3 times once to diagnose the problem the second time was to change the AC unit and just now to change the thermostat and they were amazing very professional very polite and very clean! they left everything clean! very happy with their service

A couple of days ago, my unit went off, Tiago came to my house and quickly fixed, also did maintenance. I'll definitely enlist their services again. Vital AC was very honest and did a great job, Very good service.

I have been using this company for 4 years. I have owned my home for 35 years. I have been thru 7 companies and have never found a company as great, honest, professional as Vital AC. All their work and people are top notch and when I had an emergency at Thanksgiving with no air they came to the rescue. After dealing with so, so many companies that have ripped me off, I trust Warley and his entire staff. I use the Maintence program so I deal with them twice a year, and trust everyone that has been here. I didn’t think there were any honest AC companies left. Can’t say enough great things(obviously)!
