Exceptional service from beginning to end! I made a cold call to Einstein on Tuesday evening. Carrie and Dimitrios worked late and started early the next day to get everything done in record time. Our tenants were back in their home by Thursday! I highly recommend Einstein Electric. If I could give them 10 stars, I would!! Thank you so much for your excellent customer service and quality work.

I am lost for words. All around amazing. Demetrius came out on very short notice and even gave me suggestions beforehand to save money on supplies (extremely honest). When he came to fix my issue, he explained it wasn’t at all as bad as I had thought, and proceeded to fix my electric issue.
Which is not what I am used to with these types of services. After he fixed my issue, he even stayed around after to 100% make sure everything was working how it should. He was extremely friendly, informative, and even gave me his number to reach out directly if any issues were to ever arise again.
Very honest and reasonable. I am incredibly satisfied, will never use another service provider.

I used this company initially to install some ceiling fans and light fixtures and they were great. Showed up on time and got everything done quickly and cleaned up afterwards. Later in the year, I was shopping for a home generator in case of a hurricane and they were so nice, they were texting and calling me on the weekend to walk me through their recommendations and providing me with a bunch of helpful ideas. Finally, I had them come out and install the plug for my generator and a bunch of CO detectors (because I’m neurotic and I had a family member die from CO exposure). They were awesome. I call Dimitrius the wizard of electricity and I recommend him and his company to everyone I know.

I am so thankful for the professional service we received from Einstein Electric, Inc. Dimitrios was highly responsive and went above and beyond what we expected. He replaced our entire electrical panel inside and outside and our smoke detectors, which passed inspection without incident. He was kind, the price was fair, and Carrie was amazing with the paperwork! I would highly recommend this company to anyone. They are just wonderful.

First image of this company is unlike all of the others. Polite and corgil An electrician actually answered the phone, to listen to me, then act by having his secretary setup service. This is how its done. Responsiveness will get you a great review from me regardless the industry. Communication is key and these guys have it going on.

Great company to work with! Dimitrious installed my Tesla EV charger, and some outlets behind the TVs on my wall. Super responsive and very polite. Clean and neat work - great craftsmanship. Came on time and got the job done quick. Great value - he did not try to overcharge or oversell. It’s hard to find an honest and easy to work with company like this. I highly recommend for any of your electrical needs!

Dimitrios and Carrie are the best!! Their customer service is top notch!!! They worked with my brother and I on every step for the remodel of my kitchen. Explained what his scope of work was going to be. He showed up when he said he would and on time. If we had any issues, he dropped by to make sure everything was ok. I was looking for an electrician to help me install a 3-way programmable switch to control our outdoor lights, and hoping to find someone to come by immediately, because I leave tomorrow for a month or so - and although Einstein couldn't perform the service today, the fellow I spoke to took a few minutes out of his day to explain Florida's unique wiring system (!!) to me, and once he did, I was able to complete the job myself. This type of service - going above and beyond - doesn't go unnoticed, and they definitely have us as a customer, from now on. I couldn't say more about the tremendous impression this made.
