My first appointment could not have been any better. Front office sent paperwork to be filled well in advance & everything is done electronically, so did not have to fill out paperwork upon arrival. Front office staff got me checked in quickly. Everything seems to be very well organized. Clarice took me back after a few minutes & did a great job with my X-rays. Dr. Chapman did a very thorough examination & explained everything in detail. Season did an outstanding job cleaning my teeth and also offered tips on my future hygiene. You can tell by the friendly vibe you feel from the entire staff, that Satellite Family Dentistry cares about their patients.

I have had the pleasure of having my dental care at Satellite Family Dentistry for many years. Today I had a cleaning and true to form, Sherry performed the service efficiently and pleasantly. She let me know the progress of my gum health and gave me good marks for my homework! Dr. Calderone stopped by to say “Hi” and to check on how I am. Everyone on the team is like family and makes an otherwise unappealing experience become one I look forward to. All health precautions are ensured. All areas are clean and welcoming and as far as I can see all equipment is state of the art.

Well run, efficient and very clean dental clinic. Dr Calderon takes a personal interest in all his patients, and all of his staff reflect his attention to careful dental care and personable treatment of their patients. One minor critique, would be to advise a patient of any procedure that might not be covered by insurance, for instance, floride treatment that was done, and then found out that it was an extra cost. Not a big deal, but it might have been better to advise why they recommend the option, and had given me the choice. BUT, this in no way would cause me to look for another dental facility. We have been with them for many years, and as Snow Birds, we always time our dental appointments with our returns to Florida. Top notch!

Outstanding customer service from the start! The facility is comfortable & updated, lots of smiles & a great atmosphere. My insurance coverage was explained thoroughly, before & after my initial exam. I was scheduled & seen promptly. My Dental Hygienist Kristen was absolutely fabulous, not only with her skills but with making my visit as enjoyable & pleasant as possible!! She was attentive & reassuring, most definitely a keeper for future scheduled maintenance!! Thank you Satellite Family Dentistry, see you in July~

Absolutely amazing!!! Dr. Calderon came out to me after seeing my 3 kids, gave me a run down on their teeth, then chatted with me for 10min. So personable and nice with both myself and my kids. Office is clean and beautiful. Pediatric side is amazing!! Staff was friendly and the hygienists checked with me first before performing any additional procedures so no hidden costs. Love this office. We'll be patients for life.

I met Vickie Smith in our local beachside community and she recommended Satellite Family Dentistry! I explained to her that I haven’t gone to a dentist in more time than I care to admit, because I didn’t have dental insurance. She explained how amazing the new patient no insurance price was and how quickly I could get in to be evaluated. Within a couple weeks I was scheduled and seen.

The office was beyond beautiful, the staff all amazing and friendly. The X-rays were done, with little discomfort and the office didn’t have all the “scary” noises of all the tools for cleaning echoing in the halls like other offices I’ve been to in the past. They also have a pediatric side as well. Extremely efficient and after my exam when Dr. Chapman spoke with me none of the recommendations felt pressured at all. An explanation of what was recommended for my particular care plan was printed and gone over in detail with me. Highly recommend for anyone with or without Dental insurance.

SBFD recently did a cleaning for a family member with special needs. They were great. We coordinated ahead of time and developed a plan. We were able to do x-rays, scaling, cleaning, and even a fluoride treatment without a single problem. I can’t say enough about the hygienists the office manager and the dentist all of whom were great

I absolutely love the staff in this dental practice! Every person I come into contact with for an office visit is courteous and cheerful. Personnel listen to my concerns as a patient, research possible solutions. and answer my questions quickly. Unlike many other dental practices, they place patient care above earning a quick buck. Dr. Calderon is very knowledgeable and personable, as well. Satellite Family Dentistry is exceptional!
