Our company made five roofing repairs on the Doctors home in 2012 and he has refused to pay. One year after the work was complete he claimed that one of the repairs leaked again. I inspected the new incident and determined the leak was in an area we did not originally work on. I would have fixed the NEW leak for free, but the Doctor did not pay us and so, he has no warranty. Keep in mind that there was no complaint for an entire year about roof problems. Its not as if we did a bad job so he withheld payment. this guy simply does not pay his bills.

We have not been paid a cent for our hard work and this is approaching 3 years now
