Bright Now! Dental & Orthodontics

I went to Bright Now Dental to Have them correct my teeth and my bite with braces. Doctor Gill is a wonderful orthodontist, he takes the time to explain and show you the process. He is very detailed oriented and profesional, he really cares about his patients and does an excellent job!! Peggy his assistant is a lovely lady who knows what she is doing and treats you with respect and takes good care of the patients. All the front desk staff is friendly and cheerful always greeting you with a smile and calling you by name.

Receptionist was professional, pleasant & very helpful.
My dental hygienist was professional, acutely aware of proper protocol, informative& positive.

Dr. Omar is kind and compassionate. He has incredible diagnostic skills and saw things that even the xrays didn't show. His diagnosis and treatment saved me time, big money, and pain. This whole office staff is an exceptionally professional and genuinely engaged part of my health and wellness team. I love my dentist!

Over the past month my children have had exams and had several cavities filled. The staff, hygienists, and dentists were all really nice and competent. They worked with our insurance, something we weren’t able to find in Viera. I’m so glad we found Bright Now!

Very good checkup, very professional Doctor and assistant. Went back a couple days later, and the lady watching the front couldn't answer a thing. It was a total waste of time. I gave this office a 5 star for day one, but this lady made me drop it to a 3. I don't have room to tell everything, but it was sad.

Victoria was the hygienist who cleaned my teeth. She is very thorough and nice. Asked to skip my X-rays until next time as I wanted to be done within the hour and the appointment started late. Brightnow accommodated my request. Brightnow at this location was short-handed this year so my twice a year cleanings were pushed out so much that I only will have 1 cleaning this year as it is already mid-November.

Jennifer is a great hygienist and doesn't berate you for not flossing enough. The staff are all very pleasant.

Very unprofessional, had my first appointment in August showed up early in the morning for them to tell me that I could not be seen due to a new dentist and my insurance didn’t take that dentist yet.
Went back in and had three teeth pulled. this was in September, had an appointment the following week for a dental cleaning they canceled that and said they would get back with me. Here it is December and I haven’t heard a word. Don’t recommend going there the office staff is very unorganized.
