I have always had anxiety when it comes to going to the dentist. After coming here though, I only wish I had started coming so much sooner. The staff is absolutely the best and I wouldn't think of ever going to another dental office. Seriously, any past anxiety I have ever had in regard to dental work has disappeared. The professionalism of the staff is beyond words.

The staff here is great. Especially Heather. She has great bedside manner and made the dentist less of a terrible place to be. She's a pleasure to be around and very caring.

I’ve always been scared of going to the dentist. You hear and read all the horror stories. I was very reluctant at first but when I met the staff they made me feel so comfortable and at ease. The front desk person was super helpful. Explaining my insurance information and how all that works. Bar none , the best dentist ever. The best staff. The best hygienist. Very skillful and with the utmost care. I can’t wait for my next cleaning. Thanks Ladies !

Update:
My insurance company did a review of the charges and Crescent Dental's records don't add up. 1. I Didn't have a full mouth debridement scaling. 2. How is that the charge for a Peridex irrigation is $25 in February then 6 months later it's $65 in August? They made up the price of services to validate they're overcharging for services. Crescent Dental is so dishonest!

Original:
This Dental office is committing fraud. If you're a current patient with Dental insurance check your Dental claims. I've had a cleaning twice this year and I was charged $65 for each one. The first visit was in January and the second was today. I have Dental Insurance and I spoke to my insurance company today who said that they never received a claim from Crescent Dental for the January visit.I knew something was off especially with the bad attitude of the receptionist Gina when I questioned the charge of the first cleaning. Unfortunately it wasn't cost effective to go to another Dental office for the second. I'm waiting on my insurance company to handle the matter. Hopefully it will be resolved and I'll never step foot in that office again. It's ashame that a business that should promote good health would engage in dishonest practices. But everyone reaps what they sow in due time. Please spare yourself the lies and thievery of this office and go somewhere else.

Please people avoid this office if possible, first off how is gina still employed? I've never met such an angry, sarcastic person as her, she's got some serious issues

that girl is a nightmare to speak to. I thought maybe it was just a bad day for her at first, but no.. the other day I had to show up she was just as unpleasant to deal with and condescending like she wanted to prove some kind of point to me...I'm not sure if maybe I remind her of someone she hates idk what her problem Is.

Long story short they messed up on a temporary crown that didn't fit and the hygienist scarred my gum line when she drilled into it for the temp crown, it has never healed since then, looks like chewed up bubble gum.

A couple months later the gums around the crown were still bleeding no matter how soft I brushed, so I called crescent dental back to have the dentist take a look at it. Gina picks up and schedules me for a check up with her and the hygienist.. without seeing the actual dentist....they both told me it's my fault I'm most likely just brushing too hard and I'm the reason there's an infection on the gum line by my temp crown

Not once did I see the dentist during the follow up appt. I didn't think this stuff was even legal. I spent so much money only for this office to create new dental problems that I didn't have before..I'm never going back here again
