Great staff and amazing dentist! I went to this office for the first time to have a chipped tooth fixed. The staff was very patient with me considering my being 15 minutes late and unprepared with my insurance info. They maintained a great sense of energy and accommodation. As for Dr. Knecht, he was very refreshing to have as my dentist. He was very approachable and easy to talk to, with a great sense of humor. I’ve had chipped teeth worked on in the past, but this guy really wowed me with how easy it was for him to fix. I believe I found a new dentist!

My appointments here are always great and on time. I recently went for a cleaning and Nancy the hygienist did a wonderful job and provided me with tips on protecting my teeth and gums for longevity. I left with my mouth feeling fresh and clean. Can’t wait until my follow-up appointment.

I love this place! My dental cleanings feel like a nice massage. my dentist Dr. Knecht is always in good humor very professional and attentive he listens to what I want and what I can do (financially and in my constricted time frame) I skip and smile when I go to my dentist!

I was very pleased with my care here. Up until the other day when this practice showed they're just as crooked as all the rest. I explained to them when I first visited that I wasn't fully aware of my benefits. I knew cleanings had to be at least 6 months apart. X-rays I had no idea. When I went in the first time it was for a minor emergency (wisdom tooth pain). At that time I had a full xray done with their fancy machine that shows everything. At my first cleaning appointment they tried to do it again and I stopped them as I don't like being exposed to x-rays more than needed. They then did bite wings which I didn't understand the need for, but assumed they knew what they were doing. Then last week I was called to be extorted for $100 because these x-rays weren't covered (they blamed me and said they were denied by my insurance for "too frequent"). I felt they were pressuring me when I was in for the cleaning to do out of pocket stuff (fluoride treatment and something else I refused). Now I realize I left an inaccurate review before. This office is just about money and not patient care and has lost me and my wife as clients.

Great Dental office! The staff is very professional, knowledgeable, and fast. They have all the latest dental technologies to make sure you get proper treatment. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking to take great care of their mouth.

I had an appointment with my original dentist at 9AM to extract a tooth, but it was a lot of back and forth going on and not ever a “so here is what we can do…..” My mother and I decided to do some research closer to home and found Coconut Creek Winning Smiles. They were able to answer all my questions as a new client, found an opening for me at 1:30, able to extract my tooth and made me leave with a smile. Thank you Karin, Briana, Eddie (I believe), Melissa (the doctor referred to her as Big Gouda) and most importantly the Doctor (didn’t get his name as he was trying to make me feel comfortable and not afraid of getting my tooth extracted). You all were amazing, quick and efficient! Thank you a million!
