I normally don't give reviews but I feel the need to share my experience with Dianne Turner. She is the most amazing person. Dianne went well above & beyond to help me fix an issue from 9 years ago. She even went as far as to call me back and let me know that everything was cleared up. Her kindness and dedication was greatly appreciated. Maybe she could come to polk and show a few people that kindness goes a long way. Thank you again Dianne Turner.

Thanks to Sarah in Laura Roth's Recorder office! Sarah kept searching for a deed even though it wasn't showing up in the normal place(s). Sarah was very professional and is an asset to the Volusia County Courthouse.

The security employees at the entrance were very nice and also thorough.

House cleared credit period for probate 2 weeks ago, Judge is terrible at keeping up with her work because closing has to be postponed due to Judges lack of interest in doing her job in a timely manner.

I came here to pay a fine at the felony clerk I waited in line for 15 minutes on my lunch break got to the front of the line and the woman told me that it was going to be 30 more minutes because she was working on somebody else’s case all I needed to do was make a payment and head out I lost my job because I was late coming back from my lunch by an hour and a half late because of the courthouse and them being completely inconsiderate if I didn’t make the payment by todayMy license was going to be expired and all because this woman could not just do her job I lost mine.

This is not the correct phone number! Boy that Google team is sharp.

Everyone we encountered at the courthouse was friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. I definitely recommend going to this location if you need Volusia County Clerk of Courts.

I never thought I would give a governmental agency a five star review. But the employees and efficiency was superb. Laura Roth should be proud. It began the day before with a telephone call to be sure I had all the proper documents. And going there in person was very fast, friendly, and efficient.

Can't pay ticket online. Customer service is terrible. When you do get a hold of someone, you're pawned off to some ticket paying company which has even worse customer service if that's possible. Make sure to have something to write with because once they read off the number, ANOTHER number to call, they hang up on you.

Called back and finally got a hold of someone. Very nice lady. She told me that the Clerk's Office had no control over the third party website where you pay your ticket online (WHICH DOESN'T WORK)... there is also $10 dollars in convenience fees... which should be paid to me.
