Santa Rosa County Clerk of Court - Court House

EVERY TIME I’ve came into this place, everyone was amazingly nice. These ladies are so sweet & really have your best interest at heart even though they don’t know you from a can of paint. The officer at the door (tall, slim, white younger gentleman with glasses) SO SWEET!! Definitely is a different atmosphere than in escambia country where I’m from. But the only thing that is a hassle is trying to get someone on the phone, but other than that.. AMAZING! Makes me wanna get a ticket, just so I can come back. Lol

Hanna is the best. Fast service, very nice, understanding on what you need. She was a big help to my son and me and she made our visit to the courthouse a good one so thank you Hanna

As I hang up the phone and Mrs Caroline working traffic or payments, fails to hang up I hear her and a co worker talking about me, talking garbage saying I haven't paid my ticket & I have my confirmation number. Lol. I've also paid off and completed state probation and I just think that is very unprofessional to tell a coworker "she claims she paid it, but she knows she hasn't paid squat." Well I'm omw to talk to Mrs Caroline with my confirmation number and I'll tell her what I think too. Bumb lady. Sound like a 50year old smoker && she seems miserable. Find another job lady, if this one makes you so unhappy you have to talk about people you don't know, to feel better? Shame on you.

The ladies at this place are so nice it's almost scary. If you have a question they will hunt down the answer like prey! Thanks for being so kind when most government employees are stern and unhelpful!

The lady I spoke with in collections was extremely unprofessional and outright lied about refusing a payment plan right after I made a $200 payment. *Justin Wood

It's pretty sad that people ask for help by using the marchman act an end up with no help.

Drove nearly 45 mins to get here. I was summoned from a city that is nearly 30 miles away and I am not familiar whatsoever with the Milton area. Traffic was awful! There was zero parking. Finally found a spot five blocks away. When I got there I was told I was late and they didn’t need me for jury duty. Missed hours at work, waste of gas and mileage on the car. Waste of my time. I would heavily heavily suggest that they ask you to arrive 15-30 mins early since there’s nowhere to park. Absolutely ridiculous.
