Family Dollar

I go here all the time to grab a few things, the employees are always helpful to me from the time I walk in and they greet me until the time I leave. The store has some hidden gems if you know where to look.

The young lady i had an opportunity to speak with was very polite ( which is the only reason they earned 2 stars). Buy the owner is a very greedy owner who is very unfair to his customers. Please find another Boost Mobile to patron too. I did and im EXTREMELY satisfied.

Customer service is rude, there are 2 girls that have been there a long time never greet, smile or acknowledge you at the register. Never any carts

These people NEVER answer the phone.
Their unprofessionalism is so annoying not to mention inconvenient.

They claim they don't have a bathroom here. It's state law to have public restrooms. I'll be filing a complaint with the local code enforcement tomorrow.

Great customer service..find everything you need

This whole store is just a giant no for me. I randomly walked in one morning having never been to a family dollar and I was met with the smell of toxic plastic fumes. No reason to shop here when there are grocery stores and a Walmart down the street without a dingy and expired vibe.

Friendly employees. Store is stocked. Recently bought a bag of popcorn, turns out it was expired almost 1 year!! Check your food stuff before you leave the store.
