I have been a loyal customer for over 2 years and have purchased many scrubs here at Discount Scrubs and Fashion. Today is the first time I have a bad experience and that is all due to the clerk "Kim" who was extremely rude to me. I let her know that I was on my way to try on a pair of scrubs. Apparently she didn't like the fact that I grabbed a mismatched pair with a different top and bottom. She proceeded to yell at me and demand that I put the scrubs back where I got them because it was a pair and needed to be purchased together and not separate. I apologized and said "Oh, sorry I didn't know." She rudely replied "Yeah, that's why it says sets on the sign." Wow! I didn't except to get my head chewed off by an employee that is supposed to give good customer service and be helpful to all customers. Especially when I'm there to make a purchase and put money in their pockets. My fiance was there as well and immediately jumped in and replied "Hey, hey, well how much is the set?" "We will buy it as a set, that's not a problem!" Kim should learn how to treat customers and get an attitude adjustment! If she continues to treat customers in that manner, I'm sure they will be losing many of them including me!

I saw a lot of bad reviews & I was a little scared to order but Honestly my personal experience was pretty good experience!! I bought a orange under armour workout top &it was new with tags size small &it was very nicely packaged &new with tags !! The only Complaint I had honestly was I paid around $10 for the tank top which is not a bad price but eBay had it where you can bid on it & I got other for $8 & something only.I called to see if they price match but the guy said different sales other places they sell the same idea & It depends where you get the tank top from. To return it I would have to pay shipping which would be more than I paid!! On eBay they advertised it for the same price but the only difference was your able to bid on it & I was able to get it way cheaper but honestly I ended up 👍loving the tank top so much I bought two more around the $8 price from eBay from same seller. I actually looked up the tank top before I bought it but for some reason eBay did not show it until later on! When I purchased from the store my email from the seller didn't show up for a while but then they Communicated through PayPal& I received a email after that but other than that I was very Happy with my purchase!! I will definitely order from them again but through eBay this time just in case the item is cheaper!! I also appreciate that they put my item not just in a bag that they mailed it in but they put it in a smaller bag before which is important because sometimes the bags breakthrough & rip the clothes!! In my opinion ☺ my Rating is 100% satisfaction!!👍Thank you Discount Scrubs !!!

I made an online purchase of a Spanx product. The item was sized wrong and in no way fit. The online ad said returns within 30 days and I contacted the seller within a couple of hours of receipt. My response was “no returns”. When I replied again I was told returns of used underwear was unacceptable in many ways. I had not worn the garment or even tried it on in the two hours it was in my possession. I found the accusation that I was trying to return a used garment very unacceptable. The Product Manager Tim Poplin apparently does not know what courteous customer service is. And from the looks of the reviews on the store page it seems I am not the only one who has had problems with him. The owner of the store should look into the type of people hired in management positions because Mr. Poplin is giving this store a bad reputation. Do not purchase anything from this store because you will not be treated in a courteous manner.

I ordered through this company through Walmart.com. I ordered a white floral dress. When I received a blue dress in the mail instead of the white one, I email them with pictures. They told me I could pay to ship it back and then I would get a refund. When I told them I wanted them to pay for return shipping, they told me that they made no error. I asked them to call me and they said there was nothing more they could do. I ended up having to contact Walmart and they were able to issue me a return slip. The company told me they made no mistake despite the pictures and order confirmation showing a white dress. I will never order from here again and advise you do the same.

I ordered a dress for an important occasion I didn’t even know it had arrived because I expected a box or a package with a dress in it instead of his little tiny plastic bag that had been crammed in my mailbox I open it it’s a size small did you would have to weigh 80 pounds to wear I ordered a size large. On the website on the order inside the package with the small dress it said a large on the order. So they send me a small which is of no use to me. I had to run out and try to find another dress and find out from overstock this is some third-party seller that I didn’t even know I was buying from! So I have to waste a lot of my time that I can’t afford to spare I am also like the previous commentor mailing it back to them at my expense my time and I expect a refund immediately.
I will change this review and edit it and change it from a 1 to 3 if I get my refund immediately.

Update to the respond to vendor- How dare you accuse me of trying to abuse any system. I have a delivery receipt from Fedex stating my return package was delivered on July 27 at 3:09pm and signed for by ESAVANNAH. Will be sending that to you. Just continue to lie!!!
Horrible company doesn't deserve any stars!! Ordered 2 jockey bras sold by this vendor online from Walmart. Did not like the look of them so returned the NEVER WORN items via Fedex back in July. Based on Fedex receipt package was received by vendor July 27 and I'm still waiting for my refund. They lie in emails claiming they have done things regarding the refund. When Walmart customer service contacted them they lied to Walmart saying the package was never received. Buyer beware!!!!

RIP OFF ARTISTS-STAY AWAY. I ordered a shirt online and never received it after multiple emails. They do not follow up with their orders and do not refund YOUR money unless you constanlty email them for a refund. This Is with them knowing the shirt was never shipped and no more in stock. If you value your time and effort DO NOT DO BUSINESS HERE unless you enjoy the abuse.
In response to the owner, please scroll through ALL my reviews to see the good and the not so good, a rich diversity. When the package was lost, i had to constantly email to get my money, beware.

Sadly, I was sent the wrong item. When I let this company know, they told me I would have to pay to return the item and then they would refund ONLY the amount that I paid for the item (because they didn’t have the item I ordered!) They never admitted their wrongdoing, apologized or tried to make it right! They just insulted me and said that I wanted some thing for free when I told them I didn’t want to have to pay to send it back when THEY sent the WRONG item. Extremely dissatisfied.
