The ladies were all very polite. They even apologized for the long line, the day I went they were packed. Tons of great samples to try from skincare to makeup and perfume. I left with some great products recommended to me by the ladies. Very clean location.

Awesome customer service and knowledgeable staff from the moment I walked in the door. This was my first time ever shopping at Sephora and even at age 39, I know nothing about taking care of my skin. I had several questions, and the staff was amazing at recommending products that fit my skin type and explaining how to use them. I went in for one item that a friend recommended and I walked out with several to help with some problem areas for myself and my daughter. We both tried the products last night and the difference really was noticeable immediately. I love that you have 30 days to return a product if it doesn't work out, regardless of whether you've used it or not. Needless to say, they have a customer for life.

Flew down from Atlanta..Ava did my Makeup Appointment on 7/16. For my HS Reunion.. I kept getting compliments all night . I was Camera Ready Chile.lol

Sephora continually proves to be the best cosmetic store and my last service visit confirmed it yet again.

I booked a Full Face makeup service appointment for my professional headshots and was THRILLED with the results. After researching artist recommendations, I booked my appointment with Monica. So glad I did! She was charismatic, knowledgable, attentive, professional, and a joy to talk to.

One of my favorite things about Sephora is that they are not married to one product. The beauticians have the freedom to choose the best product for the client, regardless of which brand.

I was so in love with the products she used that I purchased the Nars foundation, Fresh no-rinse cleanser, and Lord Jones moisturizer. I’ve been using them every day since and love the quality and luxuriousness of each one.

I am a big fan of learning from my artist, so I was thrilled when Monica gave me tips on makeup application, exfoliation, and skincare throughout the service.

My only suggestion for the Coconut Creek store is to start carrying Lady Gaga’s brand, Haus Labs. When I called to ask if they carried Haus Labs products prior to my appointment, they informed me that their store does not yet sell the line yet. So…. I brought all of my Haus Labs products with me to the service appointment! Monica and I both loved the results of the Haus Labs gel-powder highlighter, pigment paint, and lip oil. They really accentuated the final look.

All in all, I am very impressed with the quality and expertise that I received during my most recent visit. I will definitely be booking Monica to do my makeup for my next event!

I just don’t get this location. I have visited a few times and never attentive. Other sephoras you walk in and they are so attentive it’s annoying 🤣. This one I walked the whole store and needed help. Not one person reached out. Just huddling in an area. 😬😬

The girl with the red glasses was really helpful . Super helpful! Her name was Michelle, definitely will go back and speak to her without any hesitation. Also the manager that took care of me on Saturday December 3rd & cashed me out around 4:45 thank you so much for understanding my situation and giving me my refund. Charles also was very helpful that day, super kind, and took he’s time to take care of me. Love this store !

I wanted to complete the store survey, but the QR code expired. I visited this store on 12/4 to get my make-up done. I was in town from Houston to attend a holiday party. Monica was the lady that took care of all my make up needs. She was so friendly and professional. I informed her how I don’t really know how to do make-up and she let me in on easy tips I can do once I’m back home. She wasn’t pushy with selling products, but her informative advice led me to purchase several products. I left feeling absolutely beautiful and felt beautiful all night at the holiday party! Thanks so much Monica!
