I shop here once a year. I don't use credit card anywhere!!!!! JUST GOT HACKED FOR OVER 1200 DOLLARS From different online clothing places....!!!!!!! how interesting...I guess this place skimming clients credit card numbers??

If I could leave a 0 stars I would. They are more then happy to take your money but refuse to let you use the restroom. Corporate office told them because of the pandemic the restrooms were not open to the public. I believe it was 1930 Lysol came out with a disinfectant spray that kills 99% of germs. I was told I could walk to the other end of the shopping center to Winn-Dixie are down five stores to a Dollar tree if I needed to go to the bathroom. Needless to say I left without buying anything and probably will never go back. I'm disabled and expecting me to walk that far when I'm right next to a bathroom is ridiculous.

Adorable clothing. BUT the lady who was running this store on 8-25 this morning . Had cash in hand, the outfit I picked out was cute and was ready to purchase.
All that was left was to try it on.
She knew they were locked but had me try anyways. Then she made me wait. Trouble is there was only one other person there.
No wonder this store is always empty. End result: Walked out and did not purchase.

The two women that work there at night are beyond rude and disgusting. Made fun of me. Laughed in my face. Last week I stopped in 20 mins before closing. First greeting… we close in 15 mins. We spent together nearly 200. Today I being a pair of jeans back with receipt and tags (tags were off ). Never worn. Refused to accept return. Spoke in a different language making fun. They both should be fired. Clothing is cheap and looks it. The employees are beyond gross. I will be calling corporate office. Nina and Glinda were working.

This place is my addiction. Cute outfits at amazing prices. Love it!

My favorite go to place! Go to means.. If I don't feel like shopping but looking for a blouse or casual wear. Cato's staff is friendly and helpful.
