I visited this store for the first time my experience with the manager was horrible when I approached the counter she right away asked if I wanted to get a credit card I advice that I don’t need a credit card she then caught an attitude because of it her treatment was rude her tone changed completely. There was a pair of white pants on sale the tag must have felt on the floor in the dressing room I had also purchase a set of pants in blue she wanted to charge me the same price of the blue ones even though I express that the white ones is on sale and that I wasn’t going to pay the same price to make things easy I advice that I hold of on the white pants and I was going to track my steps to find it . I went to the dressing room and found the tag. I brought it to her and I stated This is the reason why I didn’t want to pay the high price. She didn’t apologize at all she asked me if I wanted to join the rewards which is not a credit card and I agree to do so. I left with a bad taste of not wanting to come back but if this lady continues to be rude it will be a matter of time before they close the store bad customer service can bring any business down. Today’s date is 9/27/2018.

No lie - you will probably find at least one thing that you want in the store at a tempting price. I loved buying Christmas gifts here for my office. But you need to make sure your Beall's reward card and phone number are synced because they can't fix that in the store, and you shouldn't try to get them to.

That's partly why I had to give them only 3 stars. I will never set foot in there again for that reason but as long as you're forewarned, your experience should be better. Just don't get into it with the manager. Not a good listener and a bit combative.

Great store to run in and out... just to pick up a few things on the Go! No lines No waiting. It's very clean they have a variety of selections such as shoes, clothing, Home Goods, toys, books, kids clothing! Great place to find a gift!

They had a good selection, the store was clean and the service was good. However, all there systems were down and it took forever to check out. Now, I've worked in retail for a long time so I understand it's frustrating but the lady be hide the counter should have kept her cool when she straight out got very frustrated making other customers ancy.

Very clean! Good prices! Small but a good variety selection of merchandise. Definitely worth running in if you're in the area!

I have been shopping in this store for years. I used to be in retail and recognize a good brand when I see it. I have purchased things too numerous to mention but here are a few…Shaper Hair Spray at about half the price of drugstores. Beall’s prices are always very reasonable. Their candle department has provided me with great scented candles. At times, they have expensive candles and they are very inexpensively priced. I bought all of the stock that they had when I spotted them. Great gifts!! They have a wide range of sizes for men and women. They have handbags and shoes, jewelry and luggage. The store also has a wide variety of cosmetics, shampoos, conditioners and hair care products. It may take some looking but it’s worth your time. The list goes on and on! I always find a surprise or two!

Looking for scrubs for work. Some selection on shirts. Pants all seem to be elastic by the ankles
