Very well maintained store. The staff is super friendly and very helpful. Great customer service! I’ve been coming here for years and they always provide service with a smile.

The stars are for the ladies working there, for nice attentive and fun interaction! The store has too many racks of clothes. Its not as clean as it could be because its hard to even see the floor. There is a huge amount of variety but its too hard to shop it. The ladies were excellent in knowing their inventory and location.

The girls are rude and nasty. 8 mins before closing and I had a return. They completely ignored me as they stood by the door having a conversation. They waiting so long to even acknowledge me and say they were closed. It wasn’t even 6pm yet. Go to another location. Those girls are ghetto.

I didn't like it. I just went in there to buy something really quick for my god-daughter. They have a lot of cut off shirts tight pants. Its just not for me.

One of my favorite places to shop. Reasonable clothes and shoes etc

First off let me start by saying I love shopping at rainbow.
But I had a bad experience today as I went to exchange a body suit for a different size and the young lady told me that I cannot due to hygiene which I completely understand but if I was in store and tried it on they would of taken it back and put it on the shelf with no problem. So what is the difference.
I mentioned they should have a sign at the register and she walked to the side of the counter and pointed to a plexi glass where a sign is posted but it is not in site of the customer. Its facing a wall. Seriously! Employees should have to mention that all bodysuit sales are final when someone is purchasing.
Now I have a body suit that doesn't fit and I really wanted to wear it for my birthday this weekend. I did not purchase the different size because what is the point to have 2 of the same thing.
Management needs to figure out a way to make these things more clear in the store so no one has to deal with this like I did.

They need better styles for plus size women. The other section has alot of cute stuff but do not have alot of good styles for plus size. We know how to wear clothes too and look cute but we need a good platform to Start off with! We got the rest!!
