Walgreens

Good store. The front register is run quickly and back up called quickly if needed. The pharmacy is good, actually go over your meds with you. The fill prescriptions quickly also. Photos are good and cheap. It's what you want from a modern drugstore with great prices.

The store itself is nice and well kept. The front register attendant’s are always very polite as well as in photos. However, I’ve had several bad experiences with the pharmacy dept. From them misplacing my orders, to them basically asking me to get back in line to wait for my pick up order. Once I went to purchase an antibiotic because I was having an extremely painful toothache. Unfortunately my insurance didn’t kick in for two weeks. I explained that to the pharmacist and asked how much is it without insurance because the pain is excruciating. She leaves and comes back two min later and says, “my manager said it would take to long to fill out the information, we can’t do it” 2 weeks later (when my insurance kicked in) I went back and received that same antibiotic for 2 dollars. There’s a cvs around the Corner. I’ll take my future business there!

The pharmacist Christi is very rude and unethical and I believe is a megalomaniac. She loves to have the power over you by being able to deny filling your prescription which is abusive if you ask me. She should be fired. She discussed my personal medical records infront of customers which is illegal. I believe I will be filing a lawsuit based on abuse, negligence, being unethical and overall not fulfilling her to to help her patients. I would never got the walgreens ever in my life even if I needed to use the bathroom, like really bad. This review is vases mainly on cristi the pharmacist but the store employs her so they play a role in this as well. If they will hire an employee like that what does that say for the rest of the store?? I felt so sbused by the pharmacist cristi I also had to call the store manager and corporate as well

This store works very hard to accommodate for everyone. They're overworked and abused verbally by both patients and customers everyday. Whether it's groceries or prescriptions be kind because everybody's going through something especially in these crazy times. The pharmacist Christy is an amazing person who goes above and beyond for any patient she assists. The store manager Karen is sweet, diligent and very hardworking.

I'm tired of seeing good people be abused. If pharmacists do not feel comfortable filling a certain prescription it is within their regal right to deny that prescription. That is all I have to say.

Horrible experience!
Made a purchases last Thursday. Was not issed a receipt. Today, needed to return 2 items. Wouldn't return $$ back to my credit card because I didn't have a receipt!
Blamed on computer having a "glitch" Evidently the same "glitch" that wouldn't allow my store discount w the purchase or give me a receipt!
So now I'm stuck w a store credit I'll never use!
Actually felt sorry for the very nice cashier that tried her best. But if you're not set up for sucess.......
Just awful!!

Changed insurance and doctors. Went into the pharmacy and explained to the person at the front desk and explained, in detail, the change. The next day I had to call the insurance company, and go to the doctors, as well as return to the pharmacy because Walgreens incorrectly sent the prescriptions to the wrong insurance, and then requested the wrong doctors to provide preapproval information.

The store was clean and the staff were nice. I didn’t need much help from them but they smiled when I came in. The cashier was quick at checkout. This is one of my go to Walgreens in the area.

When I call the pharmacy to ask about prescription availability, there are certain staff members that are very rude. I just switched over from cvs to them but I am thinking it was a mistake.
