Town meetings are interesting. Democracy in full view. The town is flirting with bankruptcy, and the Town Manager doesn't have a strong enough financial background or grant writing experience to cope with the issues.

Nice old Florida, very historic, great place to live, my wife is a Realestate Broker and has a very nice home on 1.37 acres on a stream for sale.
