I met Tonisha B. And her customer service is amazing. She assisted me in advising me the permits that I would need to complete my paperwork. She was very informing and very polite . Her work ethics were very good and positive . She walked me through the process which I am very grateful for . This was my first time there and she made my experience memorable. The city of Miami Gardens needs to do better. I have been calling for several years to speak with someone over the phone in Code Enforcement. Someone may have answered twice. Doesn’t do any good to leave a message, no one calls back. When I go to the office, they are not even busy. Just ridiculous!!
