I must let you know that the water tower on Seacrest is absolutely beautiful. The changing colors of the tower brings me much joy. I am proud to be a resident of Boynton Beach. Thank you!

i wonder how the consumption of water is measured---i know for a fact that i am using 1/3 the amount of water from previous few months but the current bill shows my consumption has more than doubled---

If you call, you get the same recorded message and cannot talk with a human being. I have called five times, listened to the same message and then passed off to payment. I don’t want to pay, I have a question. How does one talk with anyone in the customer help department?

Boynton Beach has the best water in all of South Florida. I appreciate the annual report which shows the water department is well maintained.
