Inhabited by people that would rather be anywhere but there Chattahoochee policy can be incredibly backwards and unfriendly to customers. Example after the first eight days of moving there are electricity and water was shut off without warning without notice even though we had the money to pay for it ,apparently they took the time to send a letter to the police department telling them not to help us in any way .So I see you have time to give the law enforcement notice but not us. So thank you Chattahoochee Town Hall for going out of your way to make sure that we spent the hottest weekend of summer without water or electricit. This kind of practice and policy should be illegal especially with a senior citizen. Welcome to Chattahoochee.

Sometimes the staff are a pain to deal with and they don't accept debit/credit as payment which is an inconvenience.

The customer service in this place is awful.. very racist. Not the 1800s they need to update they're system as well adjustment needs to be made on attitude, in the 2022's everything is fixable by getting a lawyer and a nice lawsuit.. I bet proper adjustment will be made.
