So glad the City took over the power all those years ago. It almost NEVER goes out, and when it does, like today (the 4th of July), it was back on in under two hours. Thank you 🙏🏽

I called during my lunch hour. On hold for over an hour. Could not continue to hold, so I finally set it up for a return call via the automated system. But they never called me back. Horrible customer service!

I’ve never had as high of a bill as I’ve had with winter park utilities. I live in under 700 sq Ft one bedroom apartment and I’m being charged almost triple what I ever was charged with duke energy. Whenever I call to get a breakdown of the bill or how I can lower it they just tell me to set my unit at 80 and it could help but otherwise “it’s normal” and there’s nothing I can do and my last bill was $256 dollars. It feels as if I’m being overcharged or ripped off for a necessity. On top of everything else with Ian just hitting us you can’t get a live person on the line to discuss the outages. It’s pretty ridiculous. As crazy as it sounds especially if you are renting avoid areas where you’d have them as a utility company.

Customer service is awful. Getting anything figured out it set up is a massive pain. When I tried To set up my house it took me a week to finally get a hold of someone. The first time I called I was On hold for 2hrs and when it hit 4:57 someone answered then hung up. When I tried again they were closed. And whenever we have a power outage it takes forever to get turned back on. They’ve even messed up and shut our water and power off because of an address mix up.

When you call during operation hours, it’s a struggle to get a hold of someone to answer the phone whiting a reasonable time! It’s very frustrating!!!

The water billing is outrageous. There must be some sort of illegal tempering taking place as there is only 3 people in my house. Short showers. Barely any dishes to wash. Something is OFF. I need a supervisor. Manager. Owner. AND LAWYERS to be involved.
