Fort Walton Beach City Hall

Everyone was very helpful and devoted to customer service. In speaking with several different departments/people, every person was welcoming and answered all of our questions.

Terrible customer service.. BTW They close at 11AM on fridays. I walked in the office at 10:50 to get service switched to my name.. Literally something I could have done on the phone but figured it would be easier to walk in. They had to bring out a manager to tell me that although it was 10 to 11, they could not help me.. before I even told them what I needed assistance with.. they also told me that after hours service was $50.. For what?? to change the name on the agreement. Worthless people.

Horrible customer service

There is never any soap or paper towels in the bathrooms at the soccer fields. I've been here for soccer's games over several seasons and there is literally never any... really? You got kids wiping their butts, then passing around soccer balls and high fiving their teammates. Absolutely ridiculous 🙄

Went to soccer fields behind city hall. Youth soccer is great for kids
