Haines City Municipal Government

Didnt even want to put 1 star because they wont let you post otherwise the most unreliable government funded agency . Just doing your job but the people of Florida can't even drink the tap water . The most inhumane as well how is it ok to shut water off from children and families who pay taxes regardless of anything. HAINES CITY OFFICIALS DO BETTER!!!!!!!!!!

was told my water would be back on at 12pm it is 7pm and still no water...what do they expect!? can’t use the bathroom, wash hands, shower all because they can’t do their job?

Would give less stars if I could. Water was cut off for a minimum was told it would be put on the same day yet I gave everything I had and some just so I still have no water for myself and my children it is now 8 o'clock at night and nothing. Worst service ever high prices and I cant even drink the water.

Worst place ever. Omg. Terrible customer service. The bill is always high even though water usage is not even $15. Love polk county but haines city water sucks.

was told water will be connected before 5pm, no water was turned on, called many times and always routed to an answering machine, called HR line and asked to be connected directly to the front desk ext line, have to be super upset before they send someone to turn our water. IT TOOK THEM 4 DAYS TO TURN ON OUR WATER! glad we didn’t move in to the house right away. These city hall workers need to be replaced ASAP! if you dont want to do your job, get the hell out

Terrible customer service!!! Worst I have ever dealt with, unbelievable how they let their employees treat the people of Haines City

Had at up for my water to be in two weeks before I moved in. Took them six days to have water on after I moved in.

Unfortunately, our once little city has grown too fast for this office... Line is usually to the door.... Time to rethink the water dept/location/etc...
