I have been looking for a year. When I walked in w/ my Realtor Gretta Stone welcomed me HOME! The amenities are endless high-mid grade everything. Heated SALT WATER pool I can go on and on... The manager Diana is also amazing and only strive for you to be comfortable and happy!

Because Employee Need To Very Good Doing Own business

They always charging residents ridiculous fees

I’ve been living in the city of Lantana since 2017, I’ve made a few attempts to get a parking pass at the Townhall makes it very very challenging. I went in to make another attempt provided them with my drivers license that was issued in 2017 with my Lantana address I also provided him with my registration which was issued three months ago verifying my Lantana address. Denied!!!!!!!!!!!

Constitutionally bereft draconian town. Was thinking about building a new development in your city. However since I am a developer I really cant fathom bringing my capital to such a city. Why build a home there with vultures writing to fine and ticket me excessively. Was on zillow with lantana on the short list. Lantana. Off this list. Seriously city. Grow up. Unprofessional

Please see the 8th amendment. Cruelty of this level even if they later blame this on oversight is not reasonable, the deliberate indifference to the excessive fines for petty issues has made this place infamous.

Myla in human resources was very accomadating
