I've been shopping at this location for years. The group of employees they currently have are some of the least helpful I've come across. Guy was trying to Google search parts instead of using their system lol.

Tim was very helpful with my battery issue and did multiple tests. He didn’t sell me a new battery I didn’t need since all the tests came back fine, and referred me to a specialized place that could test my wiring for a parasitic draw.

I have always had amazing experiences here but today surpassed it all bar none! Had a battery issue with a luxury car and Cassie went above and beyond her call of duty to help me out! Kyle was assisting as well. She not only went out of her way but explained everything to me and was so kind, professional, personable, knowledgeable and patient. I cannot thank you enough Advance Auto Parts for always being there and for having someone like Cassie employed! My gratitude goes above and beyond words. I was pretty much carless and helpless but they got me on my way. Thank you! Highly recommend and will continue to return.

Rude and disrespectful staff. Their price match policy is a joke. If you order online for store pickup it's excluded. If you don't bring up the competitor price on the spot at the register, you can forget it. The part was $194.99 at Advance and $136.99 at AutoZone. I went back to the store 2 days later for an adjustment and they were absolutely no help. Next time I need a part, I will go out of my way to drive past this store to give my business to a competitor.
