I had a very pleasant visit, my brake & indicator lights were out, employee, Matias T was the most understanding, patient guy who helped me. I know nothing about cars, he made my visit very comforting and pleasant, such pleasant and superb customer service, he is truly a very nice employee to have, because of him this will he new car place. What a great guy, thank you so very much Matias T. Keep up the great customer servive.

I Came in with a dead battery. John came out and checked my battery and explained all of my options. I decided to make a purchase and the store manager Frank set me up with everything I needed. Frank was even nice enough the replace my battery for me (which they don’t always do). They made everything quick and easy, thanks y’all!

Omg I went to get some light bulbs for my taillights and headlights and I had no clue where to start. But Larry was so helpful. He helped me change the bulbs and everything, along with another nice gentleman. It’s not something they usually do but they took the time to help me and I am so appreciative. What an experience!! 😭🙌🏾. I won’t go to another auto zone, I know that for sure!!!!

I had the pleasure today of being helped by Anthony (store 4986), he ran a diagnostic screening on my van, answered my many questions, and assisted me in my instore purchases, as well as cashing me out. He did this all with a pleasant and cheerful attitude. He demonstrated excellent customer service, and is an asset to your store!!

Went in for wiper blades. The associate was extremely helpful and friendly. He changed my wipers and also gave me some advice on how to not let them dry out. Awesome service!

I needed wiper blades. I asked the clerk for the most cost effective blades. He brings me a $40+ pair. His boss advised him there is another brand that is cheaper ($22). The clerk found the wiper but only down one for the driver side. I was fine with it because I can only see through the driver windshield anyway! I finished my purchase and asked if someone can put it on for me. The clerk froze and said he did not know how to put them on. His boss said if I can wait a few moments he will come right and put it on…no one ever came out. I know it was only 2 workers 1 training the other and they had customers coming and going. So I did a quick YT search on how to remove and install and did it myself. T
