Horrrrible.. these are not licensed locksmiths, they severely dented my car. Extremely unprofessional..they deserve to be put out of business.

HORRIBLE SERVICE! DO NOT USE! Took our car there, got charged more than average but used them out of convenience as they are right next to our house. 2 months later, the same issue happens. We called and were told that they are not responsible for the repair because the damage is something else. We do not know anything about mechanic so we believe them. But because they were asking for $500 we decided to take it to another place.
Came to find out, the damage was in fact related to the work thry did less than 2 months prior & that they never replaced our parts putting us at risk. Just to be fair and to be able to take legal action against them we took the car to a second mechanic who told us exactly the same thing. We didn't tell him anything just to check it out. He called back and said that it looked like someone had already worked on the car, patched it up and used the same old parts but charged us for not only new parts never used but for a job never done. Now we are forced to be in the middle of a legal battle.
I'm writing this so that it doesn't happen to anyone else.
So do yourself a favor and stay clear of this place.

JAY & JEFF CUADRAS TWO HISPANIC OWNERS from D.R.: Appear to be nice people when you look a t them, however, I was diagnosed incorrect. The job was not done. The carpet and the week was left all greased up/dirty. When I test drived it the car was acting the same. His defense was getting angry and to protect themselves put in the receipt no warranties so I could not get back to them in case it was not well done.

I not only was not over charged, but also sent my mom over to these guys as well as some of my customers who have said noting by great things. I drive a 97' Lincoln and had my issue solved where 3 other big name competitors wanted to charge me triple the price and a ridiculous amount in manual labor over a 20 minute fix. I will continue to recommend everyone to those guys. Keep up the good work!
