I went to this Toyota Service location for the first time. The staff was very friendly and professional. They answered all my questions with out an attitude. I’m still in the waiting room so I can’t review their work yet. The waiting room is clean and spacious. Went in for oil change. They took us in without appointment which was good. Upselled regular to synthetic oil without asking. While changing oil they checked our breaks. It turned out we needed front pads and rotors changed. They charged $480 only for that. Which I think was excessive. Parts are at the maximum $200. Otherwise, interactions were polite.

I bought my car here and I get all my service here. I wouldn't go anywhere else as I don't trust anyone else. They keep a history of all of your visits and send you reminders for service. I've had the same representative every time I go for years now and he Chris LePorte) bends over backwards to please me. Any car and any car service I ever get will always be from Al Hendrickson Toyota.
