I called “O’Reilly Auto Parts” due to the fact that I needed a auto battery to see if they had any on hand. Luckily they had everything in store. When I arrived they were ready to install it right in my automobile. The employees were very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. I give them 5 stars 🌟 for this personal touch. I would keave a big fat ZERO if i could. Around 27 hours after an online order was placed, i still had not received a pick up confirmation. So, as we were leaving home to run errands, i placed a call to the store. A woman picked up, asked if i could hold for a sec and i said sure. 3 minutes and 10 seconds later, a man picked up and asked how he could help. Told him i had ordered on line and asked if it was ready. Put on hold again. At nearly 6 minutes into the call, we had arrived at store, so my husband went in. I stayed on phone for a couple more minutes just to see if anybody would come back. No one did. My order was still not ready, again 27 hours AFTER ordering, and we had to wait while it was pulled. The web site had given an estimated 3 hour wait before it was ready BTW. No one even had the courtesy to apologize that it was not ready. NEVER again. This is not how you treat customers.

Also, Dennis P. is the definition of top notch customer service. This guy took his time to look at some history figure out the issue and took care of my my problem. Thank you Dennis P. Always a pleasure doing business with these folks.

Called for a part spoke to Ricky it was in stock. I drive to the store and when I get to the counter I say I called about so and so part I spoke to Ricky, not realizing that now I’m speaking to Ricky he reaches and grabs the part I called about. Great customer service and super friendly. I will be shopping here again.

I went to get windshield wipers for my car as they promote free windshield wiper installation on-site with any purchase, after waiting for 20 minutes as person in cashier attended somebody he knew behind the counter he advised me he could not install the wipers because he was the only one in the store and he didn’t have time to do it , alone in the store? We told me to come back in 30 minutes to see if he can do it then, it takes 5 minutes to install the wipers, he did not have time?
I went to Midas next door and they did in 5 minutes and 5 minutes to pay the wipers I was out of there in 10 minutes, I know.where I will go from now on.

I had been buying parts for my cars in this store for 4 years and my experience was excellent until today 10 minutes ago, the worst and most unpleasant experience in my entire life in a store, I arrived at 7:20 pm and there were 2 employees already without wanting to work, I asked for the wipes for my truck and with a bad expression and without answering my greeting, a young girl attends to me because the other boy was eating right there at the desk, when I go to look for the wipe because she didn't even look for it as they always do in that store tells me that it's over, I ask him why he doesn't install them for me as the ad says and first he tells me that it's raining and I tell him no that it's not raining and then he tells me no that it's dark and that the installation is optional, which is if she wants to, I ask her to give me my money back and she tells me if I can’t do the installation for my self and I say no, then with incredible shamelessness she tells me that it's okay to give me the money back, I tell her early tomorrow I'm going to talk to the manager and he tells me that it's okay that he doesn't care.
Unbelievable after 4 years of being my favorite parts store to have such an unpleasant experience.
