AutoNation Collision Center Margate

Overpriced, poor communication and do not finish the job. Left my car for 2 weeks for a small scratch on my passenger doors. Was quoted an astronomical amount but trusted the Autonation Brand. Called to see if my car was ready as no one called me to let me know if the car was completed. Was told all set and ready to go and I could stop by whenever I wanted to pick up. Once I got there was told the car wasn’t ready, needed 15-20 minutes. 3 hours later my car was pulled around. They hadn’t gotten all the scratches fixed.

Disappointing. Poor communication and didn’t finish the job.

It has been a month and a half and my wife and I are still waiting for our car!!! They blame it on shipping issues, but when you work with UPS and FedEx as well as local carriers, you know it does not take this long to get all the parts. To top it off, they told my wife the car will be ready a week ago, that they were only waiting on one of the headlights, only to be told a day later that they got the wrong healdlight. On Friday 7/15/22 they told me that the light was on the truck for delivery and that they were expecting it to arrive in the afternoon. I called today, and still no update. This is the worst body shop experience I've had in 20 years of driving.

After 3 months of waiting for my repair I was told my car is ready. I look up on their google page what time they open it clearly says 7:30am. No one is at front desk only person that is here is a cranky elderly guy that doesn’t know how to ring up a customer. What’s the point of using this guy as an opening employee?

These guys are the absolute best I would never consider taking my vehicle anywhere else. They were friendly, professional and got me back on the road quickly. Thank you again AutoNation collision center

Terrible service my car has been here for over 3 months and it’s excuse after excuse! And don’t bother trying to speak to a supervisor Andy he doesn’t answer and he will NEVER return your phone calls. He is unprofessional! To think Mercedes Benz of Pompano owns this collision center is crazy, I can’t believe they allow this type of service

We found some discoloration on the sides of the seats of the 2019 Mercedes we purchased from the dealership and our Sales Rep and the Sales Manager made certain that the body shop touched up the color so that it is no longer noticeable free of charge.

Had my truck fixed here after a minor fender bender. Hector was fantastic! He kept me informed and worked with the other parties insurance even when they weren't cooperating.
