Strickland Brothers 10 Minute Oil Change

Been going here for the last 3 years. They are great, very friendly an get everything done fast. Never have to wait long at all even when there is someone in front of me like today. They do an awesome job. I'll continue going here.

I love these guys! What oil change place do you know that offers you a bottle of water and free top off's on your liquids for your engine??? It's so quick and efficient. I've been going here for years. I don't think I'd ever go anywhere else.

Bill and Victor helped me get the most discounts and pointed out that I had mold in my cabin air filter. I knew I smelled something in my car, but when he showed me the mold- I was so grateful! Other places I’ve been to would not say anything if it meant more work for them. But they cared! Very friendly guys, great service. Very grateful. They also gave me a coupon for a friend to come in and save money on an oil change!

After the oil change was done, I went home and looked under the truck after the technician indicated that the splash shield was loose I noticed that there were oil dripping everywhere, right by the oil filter oil was dripping onto the frame and front end suspension and also by oil pan. I normally change my own oil and I don't make a mess like that, mind you I don't have a pit or a lift. I'm not impressed at all, very sloppy craftsmanship. This place just opened a few months ago and you would think that they would be more conscious to attention to details considering that there are others options in town for oil changes. Hopefully this is just a isolated issue and not the norm.

This is our local quick and easy oil change station. The guys are friendly and trustworthy. The price is equal to most others in the area. Over several years times we have not had a problem.

First visit blew my mind. I pulled in and in about 3 seconds Bill and Victor were on the job! They were actually so quick they made me nervous giving me instructions. "Turn the car off. Turn the key one click. Foot off the brake". I was afraid I'd screw up and run them over!
They were great! Competent, polite, and OH so knowledgeable!
I have no idea why I hadn't heard good things about them before; and no idea why I never tried them before, but they're definitely my go to guys now!

Quick, easy and the customer service was outstanding. Loved the way their team communicated. Made me feel they were very conscious about safety and taking good care of my vehicle. Pricing was on point and they treat veterans very well. 10/10 would recommend.

Super experience. Friendly, efficient, and I didn't feel like I was being upsold anything i didn't need. At my request (not pressured at all) I had new windshield wipers installed. The price was right what they should cost-not padded. I will definitely use the Sat Bch location of this business again!
