Tires Plus

I have been waiting for 4 hours. Was told it would take 2. Other then taking twice as much time as what was advised, I do not have any complaints yet. Prices are steep, but not outrageous. I may need to update this review after I get my vehicle.

I have brought my wife's Prius and our Tesla for tire replacement. I have bought tires and had them delivered (thanks Tire Rack!) Tires Plus is always reasonable and the staff is fantastic

Fix UR alignment rack! Don't sell a set of four tires which includes a free alignment check only to say after the tires R mounted our rack has been busted since 2018 when we tried to lift a Ford F350. These guys try hard but there is always some craziness like this that makes me wonder why I keep going back....I now have to go to another alignment shop to insure my $1K investment in tires don't get shredded by being out of alignment. Executive mgmt needs to wake up & provide these folks with the equipment they need todo their job!!!!

I've used this shop before when one of the tires on my 1979 TransAm had an issue. This time brought the boat on the trailer for a slow leak on one of the tires. Same great service and highly recommend them.

Had my alignment done as a preventative and told them this however after I got the vehicle back the truck pulled and wheel was off center so went back they said they fixed it but now the truck pulls and wheel is off and they will not fix. Manager said we are done and refunded my money. Will NEVER go there again. They are not rude however they need real mechanics not kids saying they are. Wonder if anyone there is ASE certified?

I stopped by here after my low tire pressure alert came on in my car. I asked if they could fill up my tires with air and they were all so friendly and eager to help. I will definitely return here for service in the future, if needed.

Had my tires rotated and balanced as well as had a wheel alignment. After driving my car though, I noticed a little shimmy. I brought it back and Chris, the manager, rotated them back without issue. He said the back tires were cupped and since they were now rotated to the front that that contributed to the shimmy. He told me if I had any other problems with 'em to bring it back and he would gladly rectify it.

I love this tires plus. They always treat me right and help me in any way possible. Jay is the best and I love how much he cares about his customers.
