Starbucks

Poor service. Waited 8 mins for a car having issues at the window that they should’ve told to park up instead of making ever car wait. Received my iced mocha with cold foam but the ice was all melted, the foam was already gone and when I questioned the barista if my drink had been sitting there awhile; he just said “probably.” I tasted it and the drink was completely watered down but I had already left at that time. My boyfriends cold brew had grinds on the bottom….What’s going on at this location?

The drive thru took 30 minutes and once you're in it you can't get out because of how the parking lot is set up. Every car took close to 5 minutes while they were at the window, super disappointing for a Starbucks.

Went the other day to get just a quick drink but was met with the best customer service I have ever experienced at any Starbucks. Thank you Sesh for your attention to detail and customer service.

Decided to change to 5 stars cause I do love Starbucks and the employees are always nice. But just as a heads up… Avoid Saturday and Sunday mornings like the plague. Took 30 minutes at the drive-thru. Not kidding. I timed it. Lines out to the street. And the parking lot design was incredibly stupid, whoever designed it. Don’t park where the drive thru line is because you will be stuck there. Park on the outskirts closer to Autozone. Trust me.

I was very disappointed this morning, as there was a fly on my cheese Danish. Unfortunately, I already took a few bites before I found it. I had the urge to vomit 🤢🤮 instantly. I usually go through the drive through so I didn’t notice how messy they were until I went inside to return the fly and remainder of the Danish. I will never go back to this location. Please get it together. Thank you in advance.
