Put well by another of the reviews that I read: “a train wreck“. The fact that everything is going up ridiculously in the price is not a good start. Walked in on a rainy day looking for a sandwich and a peaceful place to sit down. From the first moment loud arguments and somebody singing/screaming in the background as well. The electronic kiosk that was facing me said the kiosk was not working and I should go to the counter. I went to the counter and waited a couple of minutes When finally somebody that did not have a very good grasp of my language yelled, from back in the drive through area: “use kiosk, use kiosk!!, use kiosk pease“. So I did as instructed. Not an easy task to those are un-initiated in kiosk use! I ordered a simple big Mac meal to dine in. Was instructed (by the kiosk) to pick up a table tent and have a seat. When my order was ready, I happened been on the telephone, not only did nobody bring food out, but I was pointedly yelled at to come and pick up my order using the table tent number. Presumably table tents are designed to tell the staff where the customer is seated. Otherwise it would be ticket number wouldn’t it? I had one other interaction with the staff which was equally unpleasant, but won’t go into details. Really doesn’t matter. I don’t intend to go back there again and perhaps will be avoiding McDonald’s as much as possible in the future. I just hope this will serve someone else, who might be able to find something nice within a couple of blocks, with decent courteous service, a reasonable price and less hassle.

I tried the curbside at around 9:30 AM on a Saturday, and even asked the woman who brought the food to me in lane #2. "Is the Mild Salsa in there as I put it on the order?" She said, "Yes". It also took 14 minutes for them to bring it out. The Breakfast Burritos were old and dry, and there was no salsa or ketchup as I had clearly added to the mobile order. Now I see why McDonalds is having so many problems these days at the store level. The employees cannot get these simple orders correct.

Driving home I went to this McDonald's and ordered a Big Mac meal. The staff were friendly and quick to respond. As for the food, it was not quite what I expected. Yes, it was a delicious quarter pounder with cheese and french fries, but both were served piping hot. I think it's the hottest fast fast food I've had in years. So I pulled into a parking space to enjoy.

I've been going here since it's been open for many decades. So countless visits and I can say I've never received bad food or an improper order. So that's my experience and I can't complain one bit. Lately they have had super friendly drive through people. Can't ask for more.

Absolutely wild experience there today around 3pm. They have two drive threw pull ups and they weren’t answering the second one. So after three cars pass me as I’m waiting for someone to say anything I drive to the window to ask why. Well the employee is mad at me after letting three people go ahead of me and ignoring me…… I ask very calmly why no one was answering the second drive threw line the employee aggressively tell me it’s just her there so she won’t answer the second because it’s too much for her. I said why not put a sign out there saying it’s closed then so people dont sit there and get frustrated. employee starts yelling at me saying I need to understand it’s just her there and it’s too much work and blah blah blah. I’m thinking how the hell would I know that when the line is still open and nothing has indicated anything different. Second of all what do I care. You just decided you don’t want to do your job today so you’re going to make it my problem. She’s was then very aggressive with me and her coworkers during the rest of the exchange. It was extremely bizarre and unsettling and I hope the individual seeks mental help because clearly something was very off. Won’t be back the behavior was unacceptable and unnerving. Only posting to warn others that if you go here you may find yourself in an unsavory situation through no fault of your own.

they don’t give you what you order for, does this look like extra pickles & mayo to u? i think not. my burger is dry. this is why an empire only last 200 years, stop disappointing your customers.

I’m a busy mom of 4 and rarely don’t cook at home. It was a special treat for us to run out and get happy meals. Just got home and I guess it on me for not checking but they forgot a ton of our food. Just have to wonder how the heck this happens when they weren’t even busy. My kids are bummed.

I swear this location tries its hardest to not want repeat customers. No one there cares about quality control. The only things they have ever gotten right were fries and nuggets. Order a sandwich and more than likely they are going to rip you off and give you a cheaper sandwich than what you ordered, in the correct wrapper. I guess in their eyes you must work there since you have to inspect everything in the bag before you leave.

If you do catch it, you are left standing there till your food gets cold because the workers avoid the front counter like the plague.

I had a incident a couple months or so ago where I purchased a happy meal for my daughter. She was really looking forward to the toy. They ran out of toys but chose to not inform me of this. When I inspected the box and saw one was missing. I stood around till they came back to the front. I inquired about the missing toy, he looked annoyed and then told me they didn’t have any. I asked why didn’t you say something when you gave me the meal. He just shrugged and walked off.

If you have to have McDonald’s and from this location, even if you are in the drive thru, refuse to leave till you check everything.
