Cheapest breakfast in Miami… and it didn’t disappoint! Actually really enjoyed this Maccies for a change as I don’t usually eat fast food!

To be honest! This Macdonald Branch is one of the bad service and recently food quality is not as Macdonald experience, the drive thru took long time and they talk with customer unpolitely,
The last order i made it online and choose curbside took more than 20 minutes, the hamburger not cooked well and the fries were sawgy and oily.

Food was good except the fries which were cold. I went inside and ordered using the pay station and asked to dine in and the screen asked me to pick a number and have a seat. The girl at the counter ignored that and started calling out my number and then realized that I was sitting down so she came and brought me my food in a to go bag instead of a tray and didn't bring me napkins or a straw. Not the worst service I've received at McDonald's but not the best so they got a three

The food is like you would expect at a McDonald's. We know it's not healthy, but sometimes it just hits the spot.

What I want to talk about is the service and atmosphere. We were delighted to see that the playground was open again after the pandemic. So, we started coming back and the kids are as happy as can be. But, as I sit and do some work while my kids play, I experience excellent service from one person in particular....Amparo, who services the lobby. This wonderful lady makes us feel welcomed and goes out of her way to deliver extraordinary service. She has a beautiful soul and is someone I look forward to seeing every time we come.

I am going to detail the nightmare I experienced while going to this McDonald's location and the reason why I would never return: I went through the drive-thru and the process from placing the order to paying from the order was great because it was seamless and the representative at the window was cordial. When I got to the window to receive the food, the fries were so cold that I could not tolerate eating the fries, I could not swallow them. I then proceeded to tell the person at the window the fries were cold and he told us to park near the entrance door. When the window person came to the door to hand me the fries, I requested more Oreos on the Oreo McFlurry because it was supposed to be extra oreos, he told me it had extra Oreos and he knew this because he did the McFlurry. He said it was three scoops at the bottom and three at the top. I asked since when the standard for extra Oreos change. And he dismissed my question., the McFlurry looked like there was only 1 scoop on the top and bottom and it wasn't stirred. Finally, as I go inspected the bag of fries he gave me, he gave me three medium fries, and I ordered two medium meals and a large.

For this reason, I would never go back to this McDonald's location.

If somebody told me to make the food as slow as humanly possible. Like not just make it slow but walk at a snail's pace to deliver it to the window, I could not possibly go as slow as this McDonald's. Waited line for 40 minutes and only one car moved. I don't know how it could take 40 minutes to complete any McDonald's order. There was two people in the car. Something about Florida fast food says let's go so slow everybody gives up and leaves... Literally everybody needs to be fired and these stores need to start over

Arrived at 1. Very slow.1 car at a time to order and get food. Was served undercooked fries and when I asked for an additional BBQ to go with my 20 piece and large fry julio questioned me for asking for more and slammed his hand on the table in anger after getting 1 more bbq

BEWARE!!!!!! Serving raw meat!
Manager was very nasty when I called about issue.
My quarter pounder was cold and RAW inside.
This is totally unhealthy to eat!
Had to throw it out. Total waste of time and money.
Unfortunately this is near my employment and I go usually a couple times a week, NOT ANYMORE!
Sure wish I could do less than 1 star.
