Starbucks

I came here yesterday to order coffee for a friend, and the experience was great! The person taking the order and the person at the window were so friendly! I ended up getting a pink drink with 2 scoops of vanilla bean powder, no berries, and cold cream foam for myself as well, and it was so delicious that I came back today for another, larger (Venta although I think I said Venti lol) one. Both times every person I came in contact with was so sweet and helpful. I have pretty bad social anxiety, so things like ordering at a place for the first time makes me nervous. Since everyone at Starbucks is so nice, it made me feel completely comfortable. The line moves super fast as well, which is great. Highly recommend this Starbucks!

It’s Starbucks, so you know what you’re getting into, right?

Well, let me just say, this crew is awesome. Been coming here for years and they are always hitting the mark with my orders. Fast, accurate, consistent. That’s all I ask.

Well today, our Jeep broke down in the drive through. I was trying to turn it over and it just wasn’t cooperating. One of the employees came over the intercom and told us she would be right out. Helped us push out of the drive through and park… sure enough it started right up when we got there.

Alex (the manager) is AMAZING! He took my Sandwich back because unfortunately, whoever it was made by, burnt the cheese to a crisp :( But! when I returned it back and he saw it, he apologized and made a lighthearted joke with me and proceeded to correct the mistake and gave me a gift card for the next time i come in. That’s what Starbucks needs & that’s what Costumers want! People like Alex 😊

Side note: this location has a lot of friendly baristas here.

What a horrible experience. The short girl at the intercom was incredibly rude very different then my normal Starbucks experience. She was in such a rush she didn’t get my order right I asked for soy milk. When I got to the window and he told me the total I knew it wasn’t marked for soy. So I tell him and he tells the girl who took my order and she says “well she needs to pay for soy”. Duh! I’m the one that noticed the price was too cheap. Then she says “tell her to pull forward and we will bring it out” (I have NEVER been pulled forward at Starbucks) then I sat for another 3-4 mi it’s while 5 other cars pull out of the driver thru with their orders. The girl that brought the drink out to me wasn’t very friendly either like it was my fault. Brings me no straw so I have to get out anyways to get a straw completely defeating the whole purpose of a drive thru which I use because I have a sleeping 1 year old in my back seat. So basically I will not be back to this location the staff needs some MAJOR training in how a normal Starbucks employee acts and treats customers!

I love Starbucks. This location offers the great experience you expect when paying $6+ for a drink. It does get super busy but that's because they're awesome. Use the app and order 15 min in advance so you're not waiting too long during the rush times. Bon Appétit!

My best friend and I went this morning to start out our day before my wedding festivities started and ran through the drive thru and were greeted by Micheal and let me just tell you he is the absolute best person! They even wrote on my cup and made it extra special! It's the little things!

This location was desirable for a quick breakfast in an outdoor setting this morning. The patio area has about 7-10 tables with two chairs per table. Great for a meet up or a snack and coffee break outdoors. The interior also has a typical Starbucks layout with seats and tables for those who prefer an indoor setting. This one is also a drive through which can make navigating around the property a bit congested during select times. However, if the car line is long, just park and head inside for prompt service. 👍

My original purchase was made in the drive-thru. I always expect that my order will be made to "perfection" since I'm just "passing through ". This time my order was wrong and items requested not used because they were out. What upset me about that is that I was not told and basically they did what they wanted and thought they would not have to worry about it. Thankfully my errands were all on the area so I turned around and had it remade. It's a loss either way since it's an inconvenience for me and a product loss for them. At least the girl was courteous when remaking my order
