McDonald's

This McDonald’s is outstanding. Myself and my wife stop there’s several times a week, over the last two years, most recently tonight, and have NEVER had any problems with our orders. The young staff is amazing, very polite, very courteous, and very friendly. The management is visible in the restaurant and very responsive to your requests, concerns, and questions, along with being very helpful. I especially want to acknowledge the dinner/evening team with all the above.
Young employees like Ethen and the manager Jim make customers feel welcomed and appreciated. Just a great staff and great team of people. Finally, the food is always well cooked, plenty hot, fries are great, and really enjoy the deluxe crispy chicken sandwich and chicken nuggets, along with the coffee always hot and prepared as requested.

Five stars for the young staff that served us at the window tonight 10/22/22. Customer service at its finest, such refreshing vibes to be greeted and taken care of. Food was extra hot and delicious, great experience. Thank you guys! 10/10!

I visited this McDonalds drive thru today and asked for my food to be made to order and immediately heard employees in the background over the speaker complaining about my request. I then went to pay at the first window, and while there i heard the employees in the back continuing to mock me for my request. After paying I pulled up to the last window to pick up my food and waited there for 10 minutes, which would be fine if my food were actually cooked to order but it was not. The woman at the window handed me my food and said "it's all fresh" and when I checked the bag all of the food was cold. Overall my experience here was poor. Honestly the whole situation would have been better if they had just said from the start that they couldn't make anything to order instead of mocking me and blatantly lying to my face.

Hot, fresh fries served super fast at the drive-thru. Would absolutely, 100% get fries here again.

The worst McDonald's in Satellite Beach. I was there 12-31-22 @ 10:20am Person in the Drive-Thru is very angry & not a people person.

Large fry- most of the fries were not cooked completely. They were all cold. Big Mac- bread stale and the meat was sitting all day. Cold. Overall terrible food. Where is the quality control.

Food was hot and good. Service was great! Kind and friendly staff. Good job Satellite Beach McDonald's!

Count yourself blessed if you get your order right. 9/10 times it's gonna be messed up.
