Just got home with my order, first bite into the sandwiche and l had to spit it out, l had bitten into something hard, it felt like l was biting into a bone, broke the chicken into pieces to see what else there was and there it was, a white piece of god knows what and a very very undercooked piece of chicken, l’m attaching some pictures, nasty nasty.
Never ordering from this place again and l’ll definetely save my receipt and send these pictures to my attorney. Fries and drink was ok

They r uping their staff game. New manager better service nicer ppl. Yuh I’m fw it fr would give all y’all tips but I’m broke af.

Tasty but very slow service for a fast food. They actually forgot I was waiting so had to go inside at which point they started making my smoothie.

A global McDonald's customer since 1962. McCafe? The last 3 visits were unsatisfactory. I ordered on the kiosk, took a number plaque and a seat. Displayed the number plaque. On a all 3 visits a rude ill- mannered young lady yelled my number to come to the counter for the tasteless food and service. All 3 visits I needed to request condiments and each person acted as though it was a bother to them. Question: Why use the kiosk " McCafe", plaques and seat yourselves if you must return to the counter. Just remain at the counter and await your order. The worst in Broward County.

Every time I go the food is hot and good. I actually go out of my way for this one because customer service is always pleasant. There is a curly headed gentleman always at the window where we pay and he always has a smile. Fast food is not an easy job especially now a days. I really appreciate that when I see it in young people.

ordered a small breakfast via drive thru; hot cakes and apple juice. THEY GAVE ME THE MOST TASTELESS,AWFUL ORGANIC APPLE JUICE I HAVE EVER TASTED. mcdonalds should really taste their suppliers products. THERE IS NO ADJECTIVE ON THE PLANET TO DESCRIBE THE AWFUL TASTE

Friendly staff. Good soft serve ice cream. The smoothies were very tasty also.
