McDonald's

The early morning staff was super friendly and welcomed all customers. They have an obvious rapor with the locals folks which gives the place a comfortable atmosphere. Will definitely come again.

Manager is very rude!!! Would not take the time to assist me w/app. Says call customer service. I travel often & managers have the ability to promo the $1 I was asking him to assist me in. If he would have listened he would’ve known that’s all I needed. He didn’t care was the issue. It wasn’t busy either. I didn’t purchase anything from that McD’s since he wasn’t willing to help me why spend my hard working money at his location! Terrible customer service here do not go!

Worst place ever got a quarter pounder the inside was completely raw so my husband took them back and they said that's how they make all there burgers and we were the only 1 who complained. The doors are locked so you can't get in in less you knock. There can't be a manager on site.!!

Rude people no smile had so much attitude even when I ask for the sauce they looked at me like I need something else. Train them. It's a corporate business not family owned.

I would if I could give 0 stares but I ha e to give one to leave a review. Worst Mc Donadles ever!! I went here a total of 3 times just because it is on my way to work. I will drive out my way now to go to another one cuz the workers are rude, slow and thats with no one In The drive-thru or inside either and there is a communication problem because no one speaks english. Not one person in the building and I thought this was America and I thought McDonald's was an American Store to serve the American people in their native language English it's okay to speak Spanish but at least serve an English speaking person that does not speak Spanish serve them and English

Courteous and quick service. Snacks within the network standard. Paperless self service totem in printer, requiring confirmation at checkout. Unit located on the back street of Miami International Airport, close to several hotels. Parking with several spaces.

Don't do it!!!! They make you wait forever for your to go order.. no ice coffee and complain when I want jelly... come on.. its just jelly!!!!

Drive thru open. Lobby closed but you can order online and they will bring it out. Our order didn't go to their system but we got charged. We ordered again which went thru. But then they forgot part of our order. We walked from our hotel so we didn't notice til we got back to eat in our hotel. Soo frustrating!
