McDonald's

So I ordered pickles only, the really funny girl at the window checked it and even made a joke about she hoped it was right because of the night they were having. Guess she was right to worry because those burgers had a few things, none of which were pickles. Wish I could say this was a first. Also I tried to call, got an answer and was hung up on. Girl at the window I hope your night gets better and you aren’t the only one there who actually decided to work today.

On a side note the guy taking the money was on his phone making an appointment for Tuesday since it was his only day off and he has to work till 1am today. Not a single word to me also he dropped the money of the customer in front of me because he was busy on his phone call.

Food was okay, wanted extra cheese on a double quarter and the diced onion instead of the slivered onions and got neither. Got a sweet tea to drink, and it was the most watered down, nastiest sweet tea I’ve had at a McDonald’s yet. I just dumped it, and got a drink at 7-11. Poor girls headset didn’t want to work at all, kept cutting in and out, so I can’t really blame them for the food mix up. The sweet tea though, someone needs to relearn how to brew the sweet tea.

The service is usually good when I go through the drive thru. Today I decided to stop into the dining room, specifically because I was between jobs and had to use the restroom.

I was very dissatisfied with the restroom. The sink was temperamental and the hand dryer didn’t work at all. Employees are supposed to wash hands after using the restroom, especially being in the food service industry. An employee exited the restroom behind me and didn’t even wash their hands, probably because they knew the sink and hand dryer didn’t work.

Sanitary issues are important and I feel this needs to be addressed right away.

Staff is friendly. My orders are almost always accurate. Any issues have always been solved quickly. Food is fresh and hot. Drive thru is usually pretty fast.

Window worker was incredibly rude.

Won't go to this location again. Couldn't even bother to fill the fries and the nuggest tasted off.

I used to work here back then it wasn't all that good, but today when I stopped by to see some friends and have a little snack, everything turned around now. Food was good. Sam as GM is doing an amazing job. I respect how much work you have done as GM sam!

Ordered a big Mac with extra pickle extra sauce and extra cheese. It was overloaded with lettuce, no extra cheese burger was Luke warm. Took it up there and they opened the sandwich slapped a piece of cheese on it and reboxed it and brought to me. The burger was now cold and there so much lettuce. Will not use this one again!!

Fish sand was horrible, I might as well have ate the cardboard cont. Asked for Xtra tarter had no tarter at all......the fish was cold and looked like it had sat thru the lunch rush. The bun was old and fell apart. French fries cold hard and disgusting . Really getting old paying out $$ for something you can't eat.
