Well for starters the drive through was shut down. Someone in my family had been exposed to COVID didn't wanna expose anyone else then I tried mobile ordering wouldn't let me finish my order with curbside pickup which is meant for this purpose so instead I sat outside for three hours waiting to get breakfast and then when I had to walk inside and possibly exposing others the girl at the counter had a attitude about I was a inconvenience cause I was making her stop work to serve me... Sweetheart I am your work. I swear. But all I can say is they need better team members and ones that appreciate their customers.

horrible the lady up front was so rude to everyone. some customer who was in front of us was also hispanic got over charged and complained then she thought we where with her and didn’t put any sausage on all 5 of our biscuits our of spite so rude while I was nothing but patient and kind to her because I saw the stress she was in. but still she had to be petty what a horrible place ran by a mean white old lady and teens who have no idea what they are doing

Bad service. No one to check you out. Later we paid for stuff and when we got to the highway some of the stuff was missing. Definitely needs a better management.

It was very busy. The staff seemed overwhelmed. We ordered at a kiosk and our order was short our drinks and 2 mcgriddles when we got the rest there were no straws, the wrong mcgriddles, no jelly, etc. Then it took forever to get any of the stuff and we had to stand there and ask repeatedly.

This store deserves negative stars, took 50 minutes to get our drinks. We had already ate and was ready to leave 30 minutes before we got our drinks. Management is just non-existent. By far the worst McDonald’s I’ve been to. They messed up everyone’s orders while we was there.

Extremely pleased with the young lady who took my order she was multitasking like no one I've seen!!! Place was clean. No complaints 🙂

Last three trips to McDonald’s to get food and it has been closed inside and drive thru…. Says open 24 hours - not true.

Ordered a big Mac with NO lettuce. They put lettuce, asked the little gal at the desk for a big Mac no lettuce, waited for over 20 minutes and asked twice for them to replace my burger, was told they were making it. My husband finally spoke to someone we presume was a lead or manager and they said they would get it but they didn't and the little gal at the front register told him they were making it, my husband told her you have been saying that for 20 minutes and have brought 5 other customers their food. The cashier was a young unfriendly girl with a huge attitude problem. When I finally got my burger it had a bun on the bottom hard as a rock and it was ice cold with no sauce. No offer for a refund or to make it right. I get workers are hard to find but the food and service were awful here.
