Starbucks

Time to recharge... With a cup of coffee and with free WiFi and a plug for my cellphone... Covid-19 precautions in place... Seven tables outside and a half dozen inside (more when covid-19 passes), all tables set up for two people... Establishment is clean inside & out... Service was good, as was the coffee...

We stopped at Starbucks on our way to the beach to grab an ice cold coffee.
I'm writing this review because this staff brightened our already incredible morning. As we walked in, the gentleman behind the counter smiled, greeted me, asked what I would like...and and when I said I was waiting for my boyfriend to come back, he asked "do you have any questions?" The entire staff including the manager was engaging, friendly, asked about where we were from..... The entire vibe in that Starbucks was positive and friendly made me want to go back...heck it made me want to work there! I even heard coworkers say to each other "thank you....and I appreciate you".

Asked for a certain drink realized after we pulled off from the mic that it was the wrong one was put down & after we got to the window I told her which one I said & she replied “we don’t have salt.” She (guessing it was a manager. She was wearing a white shirt) could’ve just said “I don’t want to remake your drink.” Or offer another one. After paying, she asked my husband “do you want your card back?” With an attitude. If you’re going to have an attitude, do not work in the service industry. Simple.

Jill at the drive through was very unpleasant. She shamed me for wanting some cream and sugar in my cold brew and questioned me about it making it seem as though the salted caramel cold foam on top of the drink should’ve been enough to make it sweet… I originally was not speaking to Ms. Jill so I’m not sure why she had to come to the window to give me attitude for asking the other nice drive through teen about the addition to my drink.

Having a Starbucks on Marco Island was such a treat. I KNOW I try to avoid chains and post about locals on trips, but just wanted to point out the kind, energetic service we received from the staff at this location- twice. A well-run location. Thank you!

This Starbucks is great I go here all the time. Everyone here is very friendly. It is a very busy location and I have had a few mishaps with drinks but they are always quick to fix it. Overall, the friendly customer service here always makes my visit a good one.

Service on drive thru always slower than Dunkin donuts.Lemon loaf is excellent though.

Went to Marco Island on business and took a 2.5 mile walk a few times to this Starbucks. The place is super clean and the staff are well-trained and friendly. They really enjoyed their jobs and had some good vibe old school tunes going on while we had our breakfast. It was so nice to see the team having fun, singing and just enjoying what they were doing. The fun and engaged culture of this store is apparent and felt by the customers. They service was efficient and the food and drinks were great. Definitely worth the almost 5 mile round trip walk to the store just to experience the positive vibes. It is worth a stop when in Marco, you won't be disappointed.
