Today reminded me why I NEVER go to McDonald’s. I went through the drive-through to get my kids a McFlurry. When I got to the window to get my order what they gave me were two small vanilla sundaes with some cookie crumbs sprinkled on top. I proceeded to tell the young lady in the window this is not what I ordered. She (with an attitude) told me it was a Mcflurry. I then asked her if they no longer use the machine to mix the cookies into the ice cream she said they use their hand and that she could mix it with a spoon if I needed it. Since when is this a Mcflurry? I paid three dollars and change each for a dollar sundae with a little cookies on top. Absolutely ridiculous. If they would have given me a logical reason as to why they had to pass this off as a Mcflurry instead of being condescending and trying to convince me that it was a Mcflurry when it clearly is not I probably wouldn’t have been so upset.

McDonald’s never fail.. I’m over here trying to enjoy my Big Mac. I took the first bite and noticed it tasted weird . I knew something was missing. Turns out it was my burger patties. HOW DOES ONE FORGET THE PATTIES??? I would understand if it was probably the mac sauce or the lettuce that was missing but The burger?? I would have definitely went back to this location and complained if I didn’t want til late to eat it. SMH do better !!

McDonald’s North Lauderdale what is the point of ordering at the voice box if your tellers are just going to ask me 10 questions once I get to the window, I was asked 5x if my order was one cheeseburger or two and then I was asked another 3x if my order contained a drink smh. Managers please train your staff to listen opposed to talking while taking orders and cooks stop yelling and hollering in the background. Have a great night

As Usual The Cleanest Restaurants around. Good for family breakfast lunch or dinner. Good milkshake, coffees, frappe. The have classic and new style hamburgers including chicken burgers. Will keep recommending.

Took our grandkids here and we went inside because the drive thru line was long. Inside was clean and the service was fast.

I guess because it's lunchtime, you tend to cut corners. The meat wasn't cooked through, and waited longer than usual when ordered on the app

Impressed with this location. Clean, fast service during rush hour. Employees were courteous and covid protocol was followed. Hand sanitizing stations provided.

Extremely slow service, for a place that calls itself fast, it sure took me a while to get my order... 😒 all for greasy food which was mediocre at best.
