This is one of the nicest McDonald's I've visiting in a very long time. It look more like a sit-down restaurant than a fast food McDonald's. The staff were friendly and helpful. Place was clean. Places very small and compact inside. look like they could have used a few additional bodies to assist with double-lane drive-thru. Very impressive McDonald's for a small town. Perfect location for the geography.

Wow, so usually this location is on their game. However Tonight was Special. I ordered, the screen was correct. Pulled around got drinks and told to pull up to the line. Waited... Looked at the drinks, one Frappe was wrong, they fixed it. I got a happy meal and no other food, my receipt was taken to ensure I get the correct food... had to wait longer...(no worries). Then I get home to find this terrible excuse of a Big Mac... I received NO sauce for the Nuggies... (Receipt) 🥺 I did however get an extra happy meal..?... that was a double cheeseburger... Didn't even know that was a thing... 😒😒🤦 Maybe next time... 💔 Poor girl that was trying to fix it was SWEET!! THANK YOU ❤️

The staff were super friendly! I went inside because I didn't want to wait in the drive thru, but they finished their long line quicker than any other McDonald's I've seen. Been here twice and both experiences were above and beyond the standard of what we see today in plenty of chain fast food restaurants. My order did not take long (felt like less than 10 minutes) and the order was good and hot! You could tell all the workers take pride in their job.

Visiting my sister and we took the kids to lunch. This was the best experience I've had with a McDonald's in a very long time. Living in Tallahassee we don't get customer service like this. The little old lady that was walking around helping people was THE BEST!!!! She was so sweet and helpful. I wish people were like this more.

Our 3 deluxe chicken sandwich meals were delicious! Chicken was fresh! Fries were hot! Tea was cold! Everyone in the restaurant was really friendly! Restrooms were clean! Great stop on the way to the beach! Will be back again!

We were warmly greeted by Eileen. She held the door open for us with a wonderful smile. After ordering she invited us to sit down and our order would be brought to us. We were just passing through town, but on the way back, we made it a point to stop in again. Same warm attention. Very refreshing atmosphere.

Absolutely amazing service! The food was good. The people who work there were great especially one worker in particular she was a older lady and she made sure that we were taken care of.

I loved the costumer service especially with Mrs. Eileen. I have never been so welcomed in fast food. The speed was fast Also. Keep up the good work blounstown.
