Tropical Smoothie Cafe

I Love this location and have been going to this one regularly for many months. They are consistent in quality, service and cleanliness. I always look forward to my morning smoothie.

The smoothies are insanely flavorful & fresh BUT some locations in Hollywood / Davie actually have a happy hour from 7:00AM - 9:00PM . Drinks are usually 50% off which is an insanely good deal, they are kind of pricey but why don't ALL stores have a happy hour if its shown when you ask google? Kind of disappointing that far from home locations only offer happy hour while others don't.

I went in on my lunch break today. I've been to other tropical smoothies before and you are always greeted when you walk in. I stood at the register for 5 min and there were 5 girls behind the counter, one was making smoothies and the rest were all looking at their phones and talking. Not one said anything to me. They could have said be with you shortly. I was very disappointed in the lack of customer service. I turned around and walked out

We order through door dash from here all the time and they always make amazing shakes! Very nice of them to give us the little extra instead of throwing it away! Thank you guys!

I love eating at this place but had a really bad experience! Got to the store at 8:30pm and the workers were complaining right in front of me that customers keep coming when they ate trying to clean and close everything even to they close at 9pm and it was 8:30pm, talking about the boss only cares about money and they are the ones leaving late because they need ti clean everything. I was right there listening to all of it and they didn't even care! Very unprofessional!

I really do enjoy the food here but last order my salad had no dressing with it and my most recent salad order came out a wrap. I really wanna see you guys win please come correct
