Not consistent. Sandwiches must be hot, bacon cooked, croissants toasted. Just about got them trained to the way I like my breakfast. Wish Corporate would bring back Turkey for breakfast sandwiches. Better taste, less fattening. I like the "hot and toasty" concept but every DD I visit, the bread crust is hard as a rock.

Every morning I wake up in a positive mood. Service is a big part of the food industry and I feel that Celia and Yasmeen are the best people who can provide the best service at Dunkin. I can safely say that every time I see them they not only get my order correct, they make my morning. Thank you ladies, we’ll see you sometime this week :)

Came at 8:50pm to get my mom a hot coffee for her long drive back to Miami Beach but was told that they were closed as soon as we walked in the open door. Online it says your open til 10pm. Ive worked at Dunkin before and we’ve always stayed open until the exact closing time....

I love their Coffee!!! Its always good. I buy 1 large toasted Almond, cream 1 sugar, Hot Coffee. Wonderful! First thing in the morning.

I have been going to this Dunkin for almost 2 years since I’ve moved to Margate. The first year, I have had great service and consistent food/beverage quality. This last year has drastically changed. The beverage quality has been horrible. I can never get a consistent iced latte ever since the young male worker has left. Whenever he’s there, I know my drink is gonna be good. I hope he’s still there because whenever I order, I never see him. With all this, I had to order Dunkin Monday morning for breakfast and I was in a rush. I placed my order online for pickup and was about to eat my food. When I opened my food, the English muffin had MOLD. I was disgusted and immediately called Customer Service. They were appalled about this and told me that the location will be contacting me. I haven’t gotten a call or email. Y’all can’t be so careless to sell this to your customers! Check your food! Never ordering from here ever again.

Drive thru was fast and friendly. Coffee is always good and the morning wraps were ok, the bacon could have been cooked a little more is was chewy. I am moving to the area, so I will be stopping here a many mornings on my way to work.

Sometimes I stop in and stay a while just because....this location is one of 3 of my favorite dunkin' stores because the employees are nice, the store is always clean and quiet and my bagel is always fresh unlike a few of the other stores. The clerks here know my coffee order by heart and I love that they do.
