Putnam Lanes

We went and go bowling using the kids bowl free coupons which is a nice thing for people to be able to do with kids during the summer. While at the bowling alley the manager was very rude and short. They now hold a policy that states u have to be 8 or younger to use the green size 6 bowling ball or even bumpers. This is crazy when you have a kid that is 9 or 10 and weighs less than 50lbs. They expected her to use a size 8 ball that weighed more than she did. I feel if you are gonna offer a service you should be allowed to use all balls in the building. There is no cheater rolling rack for kids to use to help with the weight. Kids that are younger don’t get to have fun because they don’t help the smaller kids who are older. People are asking for a lot but a little compassion for kids who can’t throw heavier balls would be nice.

We've coming here for years. Lots of fun for everyone.

With a group of kids (10 of em) that were 2.5 years old to 10 yrs old. They were very helpful with these young-uns & much patience.

Nice family owned establishment they try to help the younger bowlers learn,very quiet will go back an very cheap

The alley has older scorekeepers but they work just fine, the ball returns are fast and the lanes seem to be fine although I'm not much of a bowler. They were very nice in extending our time so we could finish our last game. I look forward to checking out the different options for bowling there but they seem to be affordable when we went.

Putnam lanes is a nice family oriented bowling alley. The manager continues to try to improve the facility. I have been a member there for about 5 years now. If you want a place that you can still take your family this is a good place. The prices are good as well. Try it you will like it.
I was reading the reviews. There is one complain of the men's rest room. It is as repaired as it can be currently. There is a ongoing plumbing problem from some one dumping their chewing residew in the yurnals. I have been there when the manager ask for this to be stopped. Overall the staff and the place is still very professional and kind. Please come try it you will like it.
